Eclipsis is a free roleplaying experience for Roblox created by F.F.T.L. This game is an exciting and immersive expansionist RPG experience. Despite being an experience from 2017, the game is still in active development. According to the developers, Eclipsis is currently an Alpha build. Eclipsis has enjoyed periods of relative popularity, although, at the time of writing, the game only has 39 active players. In total, however, the game has amassed over 13.8 million players.

A race for resources

The world you’re thrown into in Eclipsis is powered almost exclusively by Iridium. Iridium, in this context, is a mineral most commonly found on the surface of the environment in crystalline structures. However, there is reason to believe that vast deposits of the mineral are present beneath the ground. 

This resource, however abundant when the game begins, is non-renewable. Once each team starts developing their surroundings, this resource will be in more demand than anything else. 

Gameplay

Eclipsis, as previously stated, is a game bringing together the realms of expansionist tycoon games and PvP battle experiences. The game starts in the lobby, where you’ll have to choose a team to align yourself with. Once you’ve chosen a color, simply enter the shuttle of the corresponding color and wait for the game to begin. 

Once enough people have chosen teams, the game will teleport you to the playing field. Here, you’ll need to harvest Iridium and use it to build, power and protect your area. 

Stay alive

The primary point of the game is to stay alive. All you’ll need to do is outlast the other teams. There are no respawns until you build the required machinery and keep it fueled with Iridium. Before that, if you die, you forfeit the game. Surviving is no easy task, however. 

You’ll be faced with dwindling supplies of Iridium, fierce teammates seeking to destroy what you’ve built and steal your resources, and the everpresent threat of dying in a mystery liquid that flows abundantly on the true surface of the foreign planet.
